Aug 24 tried to upgrade to sky q ..but live on flats engineer said can't do it left viewing card...but old card continued to work till last week..when it said unauthorized...put the sky q card in it worked...but won't accept the pin from the card..tried resetting it says successful.. but doest recognise pin when I try to use it... impossible to speak to someone...sky + or HD and using sky q card...remember the good old days when you could talk to someone
