Hello I have a SKY + box installed the Time on it is an Hour behind actual Time, Weird as also showing programs listed an hour Behind. I have tried to Re-Build twice, no Change. What Do I do call an engineer, is there a fault etc, I know there is a thing about unplugging at the mains and pressing back-up etc on the front of, Sam-Community Manager mentioned something about this, Should I just wait until it sorts itself out etc, please reply-advise, thanks.

if it isn't you'll need to do the back up thing to correct it
