There was a big power outage

There was a big power outage where I live & the power was out several hours. When it came back on my TV, sky box & other electrical items no longer worked. The electric company have replaced my TV but im at a loss as to how I get my sky sorted. I'm 89yrs old & paying for sky yet not been able to since Monday
