Over the last week, there have been intermittent issues in changing channel. For example, tonight we were watching BBC1 and used the remote up button to watch BBC2. The screen went black until a message says, please wait for the channel to load. Then the next message says there is a problem with this channel. Subsequently some other channels become unavailable but others are unaffected. On previous occasions we have used the remote to enter the channel number; a similar thing happened. The usual advice of switching off the box and wifi haven't worked. By keep trying different remote actions it eventually comes back. Any clues?
