The lnb on dish not working is it possible to change myself
Lnb on dish needs replacing is this possible to do myself

It can be done by a competent DIYer, but you'll need to research it beforehand to ascertain the skew angle required, what fittings you need and the type of LNB. And, of course, you need to be comfortable working from a ladder. Personally, I'd leave it to the experts.

As @Mark39 says it is possible but you either need sight of a TV showing the signal strength (many years ago I did this with a portable TV & long RF lead - SKY HD has the advantage that it still has an RF output & a reasonble idicator of Signal strength) or, of course, a satellite meter.
For the Universal LNBs used by SKY + there are (or at least were) some relatively (I think) cheap Satfinder gadgets that give an audible beep when aligned which I think Caravanners/Mobile Home users use when touring.
As @Mark39 indicates it may be better to get a Satellite installer to do it
