Iv dun all that u have said iv turned all the plugs of at the wall and waited ✋️ and it still has not worked please help wat am i to do. Thanks Amanda Bedford.

Do you mean you've turned off both your Sky box and your router at the plug? Did you restart the router after 30 seconds or so and wait another 4 minutes before restarting your Sky box?
