My Sky+ box powers up as normal, it shows all the channels but shows a black box in the top right of the page saying "There s a technical fault with this channel". If you select a channel it says "There is a technical fault with this channel", *any channels. There is a yellow cicle to press for more information which says when pressed says "Interactive Service are not available please check your vie viewing card is inserted and your Sky box is connected to your broadbacnd"
Ive inserted and reinserted the card numerous times.
We have occasionally had a picture but this has not last long maybe 5 minutes.
We have had this problems had this problem for 2 weeks.
Any ideas or help welcome

Have you tried restarting your Sky box, by switching off at the plug for at least 4 minutes?

Yes we have tried a number of times to switch of all of the power for a few mintutes but this had no effect

Hi Mark, that worked thank you for your help.. 2 weeks with no SKY and it is fixed so quickly thanks to you and the SKY community. Just in time for the cricket this afternoon

Sky box switches off overnight and I have to reboot every morning

Do you have a Sky+ box? Or Sky Q? Or a Sky Streaming Puck?
