Please Note: Sky+ is now a legacy/obsolete service that Sky are replacing with their newer services: Sky Q (all issues will be fixed during a Sky Q install), Sky Glass and Sky Stream

You need to give a more detailed description of your issue as "Not working" does not give much to work with 😞

For example : do you have menu access? Does the fault appear on live tv? Or recordings? Both?
