Technical fault 6 (32) for a Manual recording

I have a manual recording setup to record just the regional news on BBC one each morning. It has been fine for years. However this morning it says it failed with Technical Fault 6 (32). Does anyone know what this error code means?

I've not heard of TF6 of any variety before. Might it be related to the February 15th BBC changes highlighted in the first post from this thread?

I think you might be right. I will set a fresh manual recording and see if that solves it.
