Taking Sky+ to a new house?

Hi all,

My elderly parents are shortly moving house.  They are used to Sky+ and I would like to arrange for them to take it with them .. incl their set top box .. rather than starting again with Sky Q.   (I'm unsure if there's a dish at the new property but if not, there will be no problem installing one).  I'm wondering if this is still possible to arrange with Sky or whether all home movers have to upgrade to Sky Q now?

Sky will only install Sky Q, if you want Sky+ you'll have to arrange the install with a 3rd party

Thanks Annie, that's really helpful.  If I arrange that,  do you know what happens to their Sky contract?  Will Sky just move it unchanged to their new address?

Thanks again
