Had fibre put in last Thursday at your request. Router didn't work you sent another one. Engineer came out today put the new router in. Now we can't record anything from yesterday. Was working before the fiber went in
Engine said to call you as he thinks the TV box isn't compatible now. If I'd have known this I wouldn't have had fiber. Thank you

Can you confirm that it is a Sky+ box that you have because if it is then your broadband has nothing to do with you recording content.
