Hi,
I've got a subscription for TNT Sports via BT/EE. Up to now I've been able to access this via Channel 410, 411, etc.
In the last couple of days I haven't been able to access the content. I'm getting a message that a subscrition is required.
The TNT subscription appears to be still active as I can access the content via my PC.
I'd really like to get it back on Channel selection & not have to use Apps on the Smart TV as I'm not so technically minded.
Hope someone can help.
Thanks

The subscription is to TNT via BT/EE so not to Sky directly.
The message is saying that to view the channel I need to subscribe to this channel.
So I'm assuming that somehow Sky & TNT aren't communicating in the background - although they were a couple of days ago.

Thanks, but I wasn't able to get access to the TNT Sports channels on 868 & 869. I had the same message requesting I set up a subscription with SKY.
Interestingly in the course of my investigations yesterday both a SKY Technical Support guy & a SKY engineer (who happened to be in the street on a call out) said that this was very possibly a move towards obsolescense of SKY+. So gradually they push you towards upgrading to SKY Q by taking funtionality away.

I would doubt that. This is functionality you're paying TNT Sports for, so I'd struggle to see how Sky could unilaterally remove it. What has TNT Sports said about it?
