As this isn't a Sky Yahoo Mail issue I'll move your post to the right forum. By you mentioning your Planner, I'm assuming you have Sky+.

@Petunia1943 system fault is likely to mean that your Sky box has died. If so, and if you want to carry on using Sky+, the box will need to be replaced. Sky's help guide here suggests you contact them, probably to encourage you to switch to Sky Q, as Sky+ is an end of life product. Alternatively you could pick up a used Sky+ box cheaply from eBay etc. Choose a DRX890 or DRX895 model as they're the most recent (albeit still from 2015/2016)
