Some subscrption channels not available anymore on SkyHD multiroom box
Hi there, we have a multiroom box that has stopped showing Sky subscription channels like 106 but Sky Sports is still working fine. All the channels work fine on the main box but as I say, some of them are not available on the multiroom box for some reason.
I have tried turning the power off by the mains and also removed and replaced the card but that hasn't helped.
Can someone help please?

Thanks for the quick reply!
When you go on a channel that isn't working it has a description of the channel and then it says:
"find out how to upgrade your subscription at skyviewinghelp.com"

You might need to contact Sky about this, perhaps via the social media links at the bottom of the page as they might need to send the signal again to your viewing card.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Re: Some subscrption channels not available anymore on SkyHD multiroom box
Is that the official way you have to contact Sky now!? I don't have social media.
I tried the website it says on the screen www.skyviewinghelp.com, that just gave me a phone number to call, I called that number and it sent me a text to my mobile with a link to this forum (which didn't work!) and now I have to go on a random social media site to get hold of them!?
I know it isn't anything to do with you but that is insane!
There is no other way to contact them no?
I appreciate the help!

@displaynameA
These are the current methods for contacting Sky. (Depending on your reason for making contact some methods will be more appropriate than others) …
🟩 📞 Customer Services by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky mobile or a Sky Talk landline. The forum doesn’t allow the display of other numbers. Other official numbers to Sky from the UK are 03 numbers which are normally inclusive from non Sky phones.
Call the number again. All calls will start automated which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.
🟩 online help via this link
https://www.sky.com/help
If necessary a number may be visible at the end of the correct help flow.
🟩 Sky Assistant 💬 should also be available via
https://www.sky.com/help
for most service issues and gives you 24/7 help and a quick response. It should provide you with multiple choice options based on your problem and will provide troubleshooting steps to fix any service issues.
🟩 Social Media You can also get in touch via the messaging services on: Facebook, Instagram, or X (links at the bottom of the forum page).
Note ~ ROI customers 🔹If you’re in the ROI make sure the flag in the bottom right of the link is showing the correct flag and change if required. The Sky Ireland phone lines are closed at a weekend.
