Some channels are not working

Anyone having a similar problem: some channels have stopped working despite being part of our subscription on Sky+

Thanks for answering. Sig al strength good. Interestingly after phoning sky and turning down upgrades and additional products for quite a while it started working again. Random huh 🤔
