Out of the blue it's taking over an hour to download from catch up was a few minutes. Nothing changed in house, other devices fine, BB fine

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Kay63 have you tried restarting your Sky box by switching it off at the plug for 4 minutes or so? If it persists and your Sky box is connected over wifi to your broadband service, the most likely cause is a poor wifi signal where your Sky box is located.
