If you have SKY + you will have to use a mobile or tablet to access the SKY SPorts+ app

Channel 412 is the main match. You can't view the red button matches on a TV with Sky+. 

Customers with Sky+ (with the full sports subscription) will receive the Sky Sports+ Channel (412), but will not have access to the live streams as Sky+ is not compatible with the Sky Sports App.

Even though the SKY box doesn't support the new Sky Sports app that is showing the alternative games you can use the app on a mobile device such as iphone/ipad or Android mobile or tablet (but unfortunately not on a desktop)

Match choice is now delivered online rather than through multiple simultaneous satellite transponders, and Sky+ HD hardware (last manufacturered in 2015) long pre-dates the ability to use such a service.
