My sky+hd box was working fine with viewing card on Friday but over weekend I've got a message saying I need to pair my viewing card again. But it was working fine before?. I tried contacting Sky spoke to automated service not very helpful. Can anybody help.?

Hi thanks for helping me.
I've tried pairing viewing card on sky app unavailable not allowed to no more and called sky saying pair viewing card I was transferred to automated service and when she ask for sky box version number I will say it and when she repeats it back she says it wrong and say please go to the sky community for further information and hangs up. Not very helpful😖
if you can not get to speak to an actual person how can you pair a card now?

Is your current Sky+ HD box one you received directly from Sky, or a unit you sourced elsewhere?

From sky themselves but I looked on my account but the card is pair to a different box with a different serial number but I don't how because this is the oringinal box and it was working fine on Friday and on Saturday it said it needed to be paired again. It's never been removed from box so why is it not working now? I think it something shy has done because I'm still paying for this card it's mine. So why have they stopped it?
