Hi,
Can anyone kindly assist? I'm currently upon Sky HD but want to go into SkyQ. The only real issue is since I've been on Sky HD I've had a conservatory built which is directly under the dish. I need to k is if this original dish and RNB be ok to use for Sky Q OR do I need another dish / RNB and if so can sky install this over a conservatory ( conservatory roof is no glass but had a lean too roof spanning 5 Mtrs by 3 Mtr).
Any advice/ information would be greatly appreciated so that I can get transferred to Dky W asap

You should have moved the dish to an accessible wall before getting a conservatory, unless the conservatory has a slated or tiled roof that you can walk up.
If the roof is perspex etc then nobody will go to that effort
