Sky+

Sky+ isn't working on main tv. What's going on. Really getting fed up with sky lately. Loyalty gets you nowhere. Just doesn't seem value for money anymore

'Isn't working' doesn't tell us much. Please elaborate.  And what do you, mean by 'main tv'?

It's behaving like the first box. Can't watch any recordings or catchup or even get the tv guide to go further than 1 hour

And what is actually happening for, so is it freezing or are you seeing error messages ?

What are your signal strengths? Key Services, Settings, Signal on your remote. The white part if all four bars should be at least half way across.

 

What happens when you try to watch a recording, or use Catch Up? What error message do you see?
