I have paired my sky viewing card successfully it is showing on my TV screen but no channels are appearing, I have waited over 4 hours (24 in fact and it is still the same) I have rebooted, and also taken the card out and re entered when prompted but still nothing on sky channels. Any help would be appreciated.

viewing cards are now locked to the last box it was paired too (note: viewing cards are non transferable between accounts - hence buying a second hand box with a card included will NOT work)
any new viewing card sent will not work regardless of what you were told
you will need to call sky and discuss your options regarding upgrading to one of sky’s current tv products to continue to receive sky tv services

Are you trying to pair the card to a different box?

I have had the same issue, the pairing request has timed out after 5/6 hours afer a message saying it was successul and the channels will be available shortly.
I have an SD box, bought a used HD box from ebay and transfered my card into it. I am getting the free channels etc but not any of subscription channels that I pay extra for.
I would be grateful for any help.
Thanks
