Yes the on/off always worked fo me but the volumn control nevered worked and in my time been through all the programing codes that sky offered, it`s a pain when I have to use the tv remote to alter the volume, your tv must be a newer model than mine.

Hi retry try pressing the TV button on your sky remote then the sound buttons this is how mine works

Go to settings. Set up choose remote type follow instructions and select " you know the code" scroll to these numbers 3075 the first attempt worked for me you have 10 chances if first attempt doesn't work

I had the same problem with my new TCL 50RC630K ROKU  4K SMART TV and tried many times using the brand name TCL.

Then just by chance, I decided to use the brand name ROKU and clicking "let us find the code for you" and it worked!!

Hi had the exact same problem and found the solution by looking at a number of sites, go to the set up remote control menu, enter the brand JVC, then press find it for me, will give 1-27 settings, try each one, mine worked on option 17. Hope this works for you
