I recently bought a new TV, the model is TCL 50C715K, after some time talking to someone atSky helpline they eventually dropped the connection as I had tried all the numbers they offered plus many more offered online to no avail. I was given a set of codes online and I had to report to THEM if any worked (none did) was then told to keep using my TV remote control if I-Wanted to change the volume etc. Where do I turn to next ??

You can try this:
1. Press TV
2. Press and hold Select and Red together until the red LED flashes twice.
3. Press TV, then Standby repeatedly until the TV switches off. As soon as it switches off, press Select to save the code.
This cycles through every code stored on the database chip within the remote, so it can take a while ( potentially a long while!). If it does not find a code, then there is no code stored on your version remote that will operate your tv, and no real chance that an updated remote control will be released by Sky, as SkyQ is the way forward, not Sky+HD.

I think we can't get the code because it is an Android TV.

I bought mine from Costco cause they give you a 5 year warranty with it.
the equivalent Samsung was much much dearer.
Amazon sells it as well.

Bought mine from Costco too...same reason, the 5-year guarantee, can't fault it (so far) apart from not being able to use the sky (or Virgin) remote for volume.

Good news, I also bought a TCL 65" smart TV recently for a bargain price, everything is just fine, but just like you I couldn't get my sky remote to control the volume and turn the TV on and off, BUT I JUST MANAGE DO IT NOW SKY REV 10 CODE 3075 GOOD LUCK EVERYONE

Hi everyone I have just bought a sky remote rev 10 and this works perfect with my TCL 75" TV code( 3075) or just use TV power on and off its an easy set up , hope this helps you all .
