We had a sky + box i sourced a second hand sky + hd box which we have been using a few months and yesterday the sky cinema channels say we are not subscribed and films from the sky cinema channel that are recorded no longer play
any advice would be apreciated thanks

hi @ME1986
SKY are doing this to make sure that customers do not pay for a service that they won't be able to get on SD boxes when they switch the transmissions over.
It would seem they don't have your switch to a HD box prooperly registered
I have escalated your post to a SKY support team, who, hopefully, will be in touch. - I think they should be able to assist you but there is a chance they may have to refer you elsewhere

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP address' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser
