Does your Mom already have SKY Tv - if so which system does she have - SKY +/HD / SKY Q (where you posetd askiing for number), SKY Glass or SKY Stream ?
BTW such discussions with SKY is via the normal Customer Service Call centre & not specifically SKY Sports
