Sky sports plus not working 28th september

I cannot watch any football matches on sky sports + today 28th September.  On pressing red button it just says there is no interactive content available.  This is happening on all the sky football channels.

That's correct. You've posted in the Sky+ board so I presume that's what you have.

Customers with Sky+ (with the full sports subscription) will receive the new Sky Sports+ Channel (412), but will not have access to the live streams as Sky+ is not compatible with the Sky Sports App.

Even though the SKY box doesn't support the new Sky Sports app that is showing the alternative games you can use the app on a mobile device such as iphone/ipad or Android mobile or tablet (but unfortunately not on a desktop)

It hasn't been possible to view these matches this season via the red button on your Sky+ box. You should be able to view any that are shown on channel 412.
