Sky sports and cinema goes of telling me upgrade

Sky sports,cinema goes of on my multi room 

telling me to upgrade,

sky help send a signal to my box and it comes back on

then it goes off again days later

sky help tell me my box is outdated and I need

to upgrade to sky q,as they can't fix it

i don't want sky q,happy with what I've got

and used to it

i hang up speak to somebody different they send a signal and it comes back on

if sky can't supply what I pay for on my sky had box,I will cancel in contract,with no penalty 

as they are not suppling for wot I'm paying for

Submit a formal complaint to Sky requesting  Sky reolve the issue🙁
