The power LED must be green or orange overnight and NOT red

How do you come to that conclusion, my boxes have updated and now show the correct time as do the large majority. Some might not if they turn them off at night and that they haven't updated them themselves but to say "all sky customers haven't got correct time" is completely incorrect.

@equestrian261167 If you feel you are paying an exorbitant price for your services feel free to ring Sky and try to negotiate a cheaper deal. I'm not sure you can comment on how much other people are paying but if you know anyone you feels that is the case they need to get on the phone as well.

More nonsense. I'm beginning to think @equestrian261167 is trolling.

With all respect, didn't you post earlier that your skybox was updated to the latest version?
If that is the case, great, move on.
General complaints dont help any others here, who are asking for assistance with the software update.
It may help others if you could say something about how you found the update experience. Did you find it easy, where the instructions adequate?

No she isnt - equestrian261167 is making her own observations just as everyone else. *(& as part of the forum is entitled to) as long as the language isnt racist -which it isnt
Not calling other forum members -making critical remarks about them -which it isnt
NOne of those comments she has put demonstrates any evidence of trolling -

The update has been transmitted for several days now. It appears that a small number of Sky boxes haven't picked it up. That's entirely normal and can happen for several reasons, most notably because the box is turned off at the plug at the time the update is sent.
For that small number of boxes, the update can be forced manually as described here.

Agreed. These angry"come on Sky" posts achieve nothing other than fill this thread with invective, because we all know the update has been pushed out multiple times so Sky can't do any more than they are now doing. We need to help mop up the few boxes which, for whatever reason, keep missing the updates. Nothing else.
