Sky+ repeating loss of signal message

Hi hope someone can help.   

My sky+ box keeps showing the "box isnt getting a satellite signal" message.  This can happen anytime irrespective of weather conditions.  I have checked all the fixes suggested by sky and utube.  Rebooting usually works but not always.  Once rebooted the tv may work for 10 hours or just a few minutes.  I can reboot on average 4 or 5 times a day sometimes.  I seem to be paying for a service that is not working as it should.  I am at the point of throwing a brick at it.  Can anyone help before i do?

Give Sky a call to book an engineer. There's a fault either with your dish setup or your Sky box.
