Asks me to check sky viewing card is inserted and trying again later.
I have reinserted card, switched off box, reset router and sky+ reset to no avail.
So at present am unable to record on planner, live pause or play programmes on planner.

Same as previously, live pause is not available, this service is currently unavailable. Please check your Sky viewing card is inserted and trying again later. OK.
Sky+ playback is not available Go to skyviewinghelp.com for assistance. Press BACKUP to cancel - this is when trying to play a programme on planner
