Hi we have 2 Sky+ boxes. One is working fine. The other says that there is no satellite signal. It has done this before and then come back. This time is has been off for 3 days. What could be causing this and what can i do? Thank you

Find out moreAlthough Sky themselves no longer support Sky+ and Sky+HD, if you have Sky Protect through Domestic and General Insurance you can call them otherwise you'll need to employ a local satellite engineer at your own expense to check the dish alignment or upgrade to Sky Q or change to Glass / Stream.

You could rule out a faulty Sky box by swapping it with the other box that's working ok.
If it's not a fault with the box, you'll need an engineer to check the dish and cabling. Unfortunately unless, you have Sky Protect, you'll have to engage a local installer to take a look.
