Sky movies and Paramount plus

My sky movies will not allow me to buy any box office films  plus Paramount+ Isn't working properly as I cannot watch the new part of Yellowstone

What is happening when you try to purchase a Sky Store film as these are chargeable so what onscreen message are you seeing ?
