Just upgraded to sky cinema via my online account but the movies are not showing up. It's my mum's box and it's not connected to the internet. Anyone knows how long it'll take?

Are you still seeing the 'upgrade' message when you try one of the movie channels? Sky say it can take up to 4 hours for your box to update, but it's usually quicker.
