Are people still getting this problem as I haven't for a few days, not sure if it has been on though?

I, too, am still getting the dreaded Haunting Of Catfish on the planner. I've spent the last 6 months clearing almost 20% of space from purely Catfish episodes!!!
Gotta laugh though because through this error I thought I was the only one and now how wonderful it is to find there is a whole hidden community of Sky customers experiencing the same issue.
I propose we make a hashtag and spread the word. There are others out there!

It seamed time have sorted itself for a few days but now it's back to recording bloody catfish yet again.

Yes, same here, what a pain, and it was back in the scheduler again.

Same here, I've just done my usual check SMS deleted it from today's scheduled listings. I've also had a few days' respite from it but presumably the affected Catfish episodes mustn't have been on.
This update in spring can't come quickly enough!
Loving the hashtag, by the way. 😁 #HauntedCatfishPlanner

Mine seems to be just recording them on a Wednesday now! Lol

I had it in the planner this morning as 'Catfish - next series' so I deleted it as usual then got the standard warning saying the planner would no longer look for new recordings of Catfish. Let's hope it means what it says! 😁

Missjo that's what I had a while back, unfortunately it still records episodes 😠😠😠

Ah okay, never mind. I'm just grasping onto anything that brings me hope of seeing the back of it! 😁

The next series entry will likely come back. Removing the series link on the recordings should remove the next series entries.

I do always remove the series link before deleting, it makes no difference. Other people here have said the same. Nothing at all seems to stop it coming back.

If you've removed the series links then there shouldn't be a next series entry that you can delete so there must be a series link somewhere. Do you have any series link for it anywhere? Maybe there are old recordings somewhere like the Deleted tab that still have the series link on them?

No, there isn't. Before deleting Catfish I always, without fail, remove the series link and then delete the programme. There's nothing in the deleted tab as I keep it emptied, and in any case when I delete a scheduled programme that doesn't even go into the deleted tab so there's nothing further I can do. Others on the forum are doing the same things but we're all seeing it appear again and again, which is why this thread is as big as it is with Catfish being the culprit for all of us.

When I say about removing the series link I'm referring to pressing the green button on one of the recordings. This will also result in the Next Series entry being removed. Then it should just be a case of removing any scheduled recoding(s) and you'll never see it again.
