Sky guide and sky go gone a bit sloppy?

Both my Sky Hd+ boxes are gone a bit sloppy!

I have catchup tv twice (as shown below) the second catchup tv brings me to sky cinema!

the tab marked sky cinema brings me to sky sports!

sky Go keeps giving me error code 30 and shutting me out every 30 seconds on my iPhone 13 for any of the pay channels (sky showcase etc) but not Sky News or "free channels"

Have you turned your Sky Plus box off at the mains for 5 minutes?

Try posting in the Sky Go forum for help as all the experts for that app hang out there 🙂

It's on all my boxes!

yes they have all been power cycled within the last few weeks....

The issue must be local to you as our box is OK and the EPG software has not been altered in many years, also there are no other reports of this on the forum

Try turning off all the boxes and your router, then turn on the router and wait for it to fully startup, then power on the Sky boxes

I'll try again tomorrow - I'm normally away at least one weekend a month and I always plug everything out before I go.

My multi-rooms went back to normal but the main box is still stuck like this for some reason, it's the oldest of the lot - I wonder if it is starting to give up
