Sky free sat screen asking me to contact Sky

On screen message asking me to contact Sky but phone number is not working. Contacted Sky on another number and the robot message referred me this site

In the past I have rung Sky freesat and spoke to areal person and they fired the system up immediately and everything has been fine.
