Sky + failed recording of more than 1 program today. I then tried to record something that is on Tv

Sky+HD has failed to record today. I also tried to record something that is on live TV now and a message appears saying sky+HD playback and recording are unavailable. Please go to sky.com/help and when I tried that it said site is unavailable

Pressing rebuild has not changed the problem also unable to playback previous recordings
