Sky engineer coming today to fit new box….... need a later time

We are due to have a sky engineer come today between 12-5 to fit new box... 

if possible  can they come after 3....

looks like I now might be busy between 12 - 2:30 ish

@David1977  You would have to call and ask but it's unlikely that they will be able to change the slot at such short notice

@David1977  I'm afraid you're not contacting Sky customer services by posting here, nor would you be able to change the appointment at such short notice, any changes need to be made at least 24 hours before the appointment is scheduled.

 

If you miss this appointment you'll be charged £25 missed appointment fee.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@David1977  No as it depends on previous jobs, I don't believe there is a live tracking for them, you should get a text when they are on their way.

@David1977 again you would have to call and ask but it's unlikely unless the engineer gives you a courtesy call beforehand

You have posted in the Sky+ board. Sky do not send engineers to Sky+ issues as the platform is no longer supported. 

Why is an engineer coming out?
