Sky cinema and Atlantic not working but are included in my package

My sky tv package includes cinema and sky hd but I cannot watch them. It shows that I need to upgrade on the tv with a red button

Had this on one box and kept having to ring sky to pair the card again. In the end it was going off every week so I gave up and got Sky Q. I could only get the free channels when I was paying a subscription and for multiroom. Ringing up every week was a joke. Not actually keen on Sky Q and the format but I guess I'll get used to it.
