You will nedd to contact Sky, there is no link to your forum ID and your Sky Account so Sky could not contact you from this post if they wanted to

Which CEO? Sky or Talktalk as it is looking more like a TT issue than a Sky one

Utility Warehouse broadband customers also appear to be affected. Their broadband is operated via TalkTalk.

Everything else is working with the broadband, only issues are downloading from Sky. So it's Sky's issue.

So how come changing Taltalks DNS server to another seems to fix the issue?????

 

Also how comes most users are not having an issue, especially those not using talktalk?????

The very last thing I need is my Sky password and I've forgotten it. I've tried accessing the Sky website in order to recover my password and it says "Access Denied". So annoying as I've completed all other steps.

Hi, trying the solution but what about the "Gateway Router" figures? This is the 3rd line of the 4 lines presented on my screen, all of them must have something in them.

Router IP Address is on the back of your Talk Talk Router and usually starts with 192
