My Sky+ HD Box is showing no satellite signal .
Tried restarting it several times, no difference
Went into Services to check signal strength and Input 1 was showing no signal and Input 2 was fine
Swapped the two satellite cables over and Input 1 was still showing no signal and Input 2 fine
Input 1 must be faulty on the box. How do I go about getting a new box?

There aren't any recently made Sky+HD boxes. The lastest ones the DRX890 or DRX895 models were manufactured in 2015/2016. Your best bet would be to seek a replacement from that well known auction site, and pick one up for around £30. The other option is to give Sky a call and ask if they were send you a refurbished box for about £65. Look for Sky+HD boxes with model numbers DRX890 or DRX895, these boxes are running the latest software for Sky+
