Sky+ box not working want to upgrade

Hi. Our sky+ box hasn't worked for 2 days since a storm. Just says no signal and box initialising. Tried all the normal fixes but not working. We are looking to upgrade to Sky q rather than pay for an engineer but can't find any contact details where we can do this. Can anyone help?
