Wait 30 seconds before turning your router back on and another 4 minutes before restarting your Sky box. Then see if it connects.

Thanks for getting back to me Mark. We've tried that already but no joy.
Will probably have to try to speak to a human in sky so that'll be fun!

If your box has a WPS button, try re-connecting that way.

Not sure that will get you anywhere. Sky no longer support Sky+HD setups. Their only solution would be to upgrade to Sky Q.

Are you using the WPS button or mini connector or manual SSID selection and password entry connection on the box?
