Sky box keeps freezing. It’s very old!

We have a very old sky box and it keeps freezing. Please can we have a new box.

@Janetbundy Sky will have offered you a Sky Q box. Give them a call to upgrade if you want to accept.

Please Note: Sky+ is now a legacy/obsolete service that Sky are replacing with their newer services: Sky Q, Sky Glass and Sky Stream

Sky will not replace a Sky+ box any more also the issue is more likely due to the dish being misaligned

I was offered a new box when I renewed my con tract recently.

The box is 20 years old and needs replacing.
