Hi Please help - once a week o average my sky+ box will disconnect from our BT broadband router and somehow log into a Sky router that i guess belongs to a neighbour. This means our second sky box in the kitchen cannot be used until. i go into the settings and relog our own broadband back on >??? how to i lock it into our own broadband ???

@fritz99 This sound more like a Sky Q setup and Sky+ wouldn't be reliant on your broadband on the 2nd box.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
