You could try a full System Reset as a last resort, but failing that, I'm afraid the box has failed. Unfortunately it's no longer possible to use a replacement Sky+ box, so you would need to consider upgrading either to Sky Q or Sky Stream.

OR replacing the HDD which isn't easy on DRX890/DRX895 boxes😟
