Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou could try a full System Reset as a last resort, but failing that, I'm afraid the box has failed. Unfortunately it's no longer possible to use a replacement Sky+ box, so you would need to consider upgrading either to Sky Q or Sky Stream.
