I have switched everything off at the mains checked the connections but still nothing

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIs your TV switched to the correct HDMI input? Do you see anything from your Sky box - menu, etc? Is the power light at the front of your Sky box green?

Sky box working well, must be connection issue.
