Sky atlantic unable to download. says no subscription. download failed

I have been unable to download from sky atlantic for a number of weeks having had no issues for years. Help please

Do you have the HD add-on pack?

Yes I do. All the Sky subscriptions (atlantic/max/sky cinema) are not downloading

Am I right in assuming that other downloads work OK, and you can watch Sky Atlantic etc live?

Thanks Mark39. I have managed to resolve this issue as my IT man changed some network configuration when he last visited which glitched the apps. Appreciate your prompt response! thanks again KSilvano
