Sky+ account reopening

Hi. I have a Sky+ which is still working but I am not with Sky. Can I rejoin Sky with this box and my dish on a basic Sky package and does that include Eurosport.  Our internet and tv position in the house is not good for streaming.

Sky don't allow Sky+ any more, if you wast satellite TV you'll need to get Sky Q
