No signal? Or no satellite signal?
If it's the latter, and it persists after you turn ypur Sky box off at the plug for 4 minutes, it's likely to be a dish issue. Sky no longer provide engineer support for Sky+ boxes, unless you have Sky Protect, so you would need to engage a local satellite installer to take a look. Or upgrade to Sky Q.
